- Prepare and execute dishes according to La Terrazza Nicabanos’s standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Support prep, service, and closing duties
- Follow safety and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum one year of line cook experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Upscale dining experience preferred
