Salary Range: $45,968-$62,400 DOE

What You'll Do
  • Plan and lead engaging activities, events, and outings.
  • Develop monthly activity calendars that reflect resident interests.
  • Complete resident activity assessments and care plans.
  • Supervise and support Activity Department staff.
  • Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Foster a welcoming, person-centered environment where every resident feels valued.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in long-term care activities, recreation, or a related field preferred.
  • Activity Director certification or completion of an approved training program preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
