Licensed Practical Nurse | Medical/Surgical | New London, New Hampshire, United States | Start 08/24/2026 | 13 weeks | weekly pay $1,368-$1,394 | shift 3x12 Nights | travel temporary assignment in a hospital setting. The assignment requires NH licensure and related credentials, with EPIC electronic medical record usage. This is a travel role supervised by a Registered Nurse and focused on general care for stable medical/surgical patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, point-of-care nursing care for general medical/surgical patients under RN supervision
- Conduct focused nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, assess pain and skin/wound status, and document findings
- Administer oral, topical, inhaled medications; IV medications with NH Board of Nursing training and RN delegation
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, nutrition, and hydration per care plan
- Document care and orders in the electronic medical record (EPIC); review plans of care and orders prior to delivering care
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN and interdisciplinary team; participate in rounds and care planning
- Maintain safety, infection control, and medication safety standards; complete required trainings and competency checks
Requirements
- Licensure: New Hampshire LPN license or NH Nurse Compact; New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded with profile
- Experience: 2+ years LPN/LVN Medical/Surgical experience; EPIC experience required
- Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS (required)
- Education: Graduation from an approved LPN program; eligibility to practice in NH Med/Surg
- Special skills: IV therapy certification strongly encouraged (training available on-site if requested)
- Other: Ability to work in a hospital Med/Surg setting; traveler must provide own transportation; profile must include permanent address; RTO requests must be noted at submission (no post-upload approvals)
