Pay: Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
Availability: Must be flexible

Food Production Associate Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Food Production Associates to support operations across multiple departments, including meat processing, packaging, sanitation, and bakery,

Food Production Associates Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment across multiple departments
  • Assist with meat processing operations, including forming, mixing, and cooking as assigned
  • Package food products in accordance with production and quality standards
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality requirements
  • Load ingredients and materials into production equipment and machinery
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, carts, and production areas
  • Maintain production flow while meeting performance expectations
  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any issues to supervisors
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
  • Follow all company food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures

Food Production Associates Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work in multiple production areas as needed
  • Ability to be reassigned based on operational demands
  • Comfortable working in cold, warm, and hot environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance required
  • Team-oriented with a positive work attitude
