Job Description
High School Diploma or GED required
Medical Terminology Knowledge preferred
Medical Experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Bulk printing paper charts for the following work day
Print each appointment in order from first to last
Ensure each appointment is correct and has most recent information
Contacting patients or other outside offices by phone or email
Place documents in order in patients’ chart
Sort charts by provider
Completion of charts prior to leaving
Abilities:
High-level of multi-tasking
Time management skills
Team player
Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting of patients, manual and finger dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
Requires corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges
Requires working under stressful conditions and sometimes irregular hours
