Beverage Cart Server

The Beverage Cart Server is responsible for the “extraordinary” service of concessions on the courses or sometimes stations throughout the courses. They are also responsible for stocking and prepping their beverage cart every morning with the proper supplies for service. They are also responsible for “’breaking down” their carts and putting them away. They may also need to come inside and help with certain golf tournaments after they have been working on the course

Responsibilities:

• Retrieving and gassing up beverage cart
• Prepping, stocking and loading the beverage cart with expected concessions
• Driving and serving members on the golf courses or before in the staging area
• Unloading and proper replacement of concessions in the storage areas
• Entering the charges on member’s accounts or with cash/credit card chits
• Cleaning, prepping and returning cart to cart barn at the end of shifts
• May be asked to help in other parts of the clubhouse that they are “cross-trained” in especially if weather conditions are unable to allow beverage cart service

• Must be minimum of 18 years of age with a valid “underage liquor license” to transport alcohol
• Must have valid Driver’s License to drive cart
• Must have valid Tulsa County Food Handler’s Permit
