Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Business Senior Strategy Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading provider in Buffalo, NY, of network visibility and data access solutions, specializing in hardware and technology that enables organizations to monitor, secure, and optimize their IT infrastructure. The organization develops innovative network TAPs, packet brokers, and cloud visibility solutions that support cybersecurity, performance monitoring, and compliance for businesses across a wide range of industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospective customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic outreach. You will engage with decision-makers, schedule meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and account executives to build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Achieve daily call, email and connection quotas pertaining to dials and leads.
- Maintain constant prospecting activities (phone, email, social media, etc…) with End Users/Tech Partners/Channel Partners to find new opportunities.
- Coordinate and occasionally host meaningful conversations with internal and external company contacts to uncover customer needs; develop, qualify, track, and manage new sales opportunities.
- Achieve key measurements, including; generating new prospective customers through cold calling and setting meetings then following up with sales leads.
- Document phone call and meeting notes in CRM system. Maintain documentation and set follow up tasks as needed.
- Regularly compose and send professional correspondence to advance the sales process.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers to pass along prospects for further follow-through.
- Secure appointment dates and referrals.
- Utilize multiple computer systems and programs.
- Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive stance of the company.
- Maintain focus on constant improvement to processes and initiatives to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
