Advocate Support Services is seeking an exceptional Human Resources Generalist to help us rapidly expand our workforce and strengthen the systems that support our employees.

This is not a traditional HR desk job.

We need a hands-on HR professional who can recruit aggressively, move candidates through the hiring process quickly, maintain impeccable records, coordinate onboarding, support payroll operations, and help ensure organizational compliance.   • Review new applications daily
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
  • Coordinate hiring manager interviews
  • Maintain active recruiting pipelines
  • Track hiring metrics and staffing risks
  • Ensure position postings remain competitive and compliant
Workforce Operations
  • Manage onboarding activities
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate payroll workflows
  • Support benefits administration
  • Track credentials and required training
  • Ensure survey-ready HR documentation at all times
