Nursing Supervisor Duties
Supervise and support nursing staff across the facility during assigned shifts
Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards are met
Serve as the clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families
Coordinate staffing and assignments for the shift
Respond to and manage clinical situations as they arise
Nursing Supervisor Compensation and Schedule
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 per year

Nursing Supervisor Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
