HireQuest Direct is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Community Outreach & Field Marketing Team for an upcoming neighborhood awareness campaign throughout the Tacoma and Ruston areas beginning in August.

Position Summary

As a Community Outreach Associate, you'll distribute promotional materials throughout assigned residential neighborhoods using pre-planned routes. You'll utilize a smartphone to verify completed areas and ensure every neighborhood receives quality coverage.

This is a great opportunity for students, retirees, gig workers, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to earn supplemental income while staying active.

Responsibilities

• Deliver promotional materials throughout assigned neighborhoods
• Follow digital maps and route instructions
• Document completed routes using a smartphone
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and professional representation
• Report route completion and any issues encountered
• Work independently while meeting daily productivity goals

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to assigned work areas
• Smartphone with camera and data access
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and reliability
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

• Delivery services
• Marketing or promotions
• Canvassing

Physical Requirements

• Walk several miles during each shift
• Carry marketing materials throughout the day
• Navigate sidewalks, hills, neighborhoods, and residential communities
• Stand and remain active for extended periods

Schedule

• Campaign begins in August
• Approximately 3-week project
• Flexible part-time scheduling
• Additional assignments may become available based on performance
