South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Dietary Aides to join our dietary services team. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, appealing meals while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly.

• Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner.

• Deliver and collect meal trays.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.

• Stock food and supplies as needed.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.

• Work closely with the dietary team to provide excellent service to our residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Dependable with a positive attitude.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings.
