landscaping, construction, or similar discipline?

What You Will Do
Coordinate contractors, oversee financial budgets, and manage the construction
process of landscape, hardscape, and construction projects
Manage on-time delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, plan schedules,
maintain progress in the JobTread system, coordinate required equipment and
materials
Manage relationships, ongoing updates, negotiating upgrades, resolving issues,
and facilitating collections with customers with a goal of receiving 5-star reviews
from each job
Ensure all legal requirements, safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines,
and local and state regulations are met
What You Will Bring
3+ years experience as a landscaping and construction manager or similar
position in field management
Experience compiling and managing strict budgets and experience
understanding and building from blueprints
Proven problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
A high level of comfort operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing work
environment
Computer skills proficiency with Google products with exposure to construction
management and project management software
Knowledge of local, state, and federal landscaping and construction regulations
and familiarity with Atlanta-area permitting requirements
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% of time in the greater Atlanta area
Optimally, a BA or Certificate in landscaping, construction management/science
or related field from an accredited university
PMP is a plus
