Dentist Partnership Opportunity

P26 Dental
Naples, FL, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

Practice with support. Grow into ownership. Build long-term value.

You're established in your clinical career and thinking beyond another associate role — but full solo ownership feels like too much risk, admin, and distraction.

This opportunity is designed for experienced general dentists in the Naples, Florida area who want a measured, supported path into minority ownership while staying focused on patient care.

You'll join a well-established, busy practice with a loyal patient base, backed by a dental partnership group that handles the business side — so you can lead clinically, influence growth, and build equity without carrying everything on your shoulders.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Minority equity ownership opportunity (up to 20%)
  • Eligible for profit distributions based on ownership
  • Structured 3-year runway to full equity
  • Flexible buy-in options, including:
    • No upfront capital (earn-in through compensation)
    • Hybrid buy-in models
    • Opportunity to acquire equity from an exiting provider
  • Voice in key practice decisions (hiring, growth initiatives)
  • Established, loyal patient base with strong new patient flow
  • Backing from a partnership group supporting:
    • HR & staffing
    • Billing & revenue cycle
    • Marketing & growth
    • Recruiting
    • Compliance & operations
