Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team at Nightingale at Monticello, a resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Monticello, Arkansas. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise the care delivered by LPNs and CNAs, and play a crucial role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

  • Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical follow-up as required

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Provide leadership and support to LPNs and CNAs during the shift

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards

  • Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely documentation

Requirements:

  • Active Arkansas RN license in good standing

  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a healthcare setting preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented

  • Reliable and able to work the 7p–7a schedule
