Body Shop Technician

• Perform quality repairs on vehicle exteriors, including diagnosing and fixing collision damage.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle body components according to manufacturer specifications.
• Properly prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, priming, and masking.
• Apply paint and finishes with precision, ensuring a seamless match to the original color.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all repairs meet our high standards for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, keeping tools and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience as an auto body technician required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with various automotive repair tools and equipment.
• ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are a plus.
