Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and accurately assess their service needs
• Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates, including materials, labor, and deductibles; clearly explain costs and timelines to clients
• Set realistic expectations, ensuring transparent communication between customers and our service team
• Dispatch orders to mechanics, track progress, and collaborate to resolve any issues swiftly
• Maintain precise records of interactions, services, and follow-ups

Qualifications We're Seeking

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
