Assistant Director of Nursing- LTC
Located in Maumee, OH
SALARY: Up to $90K ; BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Must have Ohio RN license
Must have long-term care experience
Must have prior nurse management experience
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related support and services
Lead, direct and monitor the delivery of health care and related health and medical services
Ensure that patient care plans contain accurate documentation and are amended as needed.
Assist in supervision of nursing staff in the facility
Overseeing nursing employee conduct
Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current
Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
