Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accounts payable related duties while providing excellent customer service to all clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track monthly utility bills and process in Plate IQ and Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Print and mail vendors checks and apply manual checks, ACH, and wire transfers as needed
- Assist in monthly closings procedures, including researching missing bank reconciliation items
- Prepare weekly accounts payable check run and aging reports
- Field incoming and place outgoing vendor calls relating to accounts payable issues
- Interact with management related to accounts payable issues
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Accounts payable experience
- Strong skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills
- Superior strength in organizing workload, adapting quickly to change, and delivering under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- 3 years accounts payable experience
- Microsoft Dynamics GP experience
