Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Contact agency-provided leads by phone, text, email, and referrals
- Conduct insurance policy reviews and identify customer needs
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet monthly sales and activity goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Requirements
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with the desire to earn an above-average income
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Life & Health License is a plus
