Degree Required: Bachelor’s or Master's degree of Architecture
Candidates should have 8+ years of experience and must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must be able to take responsibility for project management, design and detailing and enjoy working in a collaborative setting. Experience in construction administration is preferred. Experience in public design and construction is a plus.

- Construction Administration through close-out including on-site construction observances
- Managing projects from study through construction
- Working independently to solve problems and to find creative solutions
- Meeting with clients, municipal boards and community members
- Coordinating consultants
- Managing and mentoring junior staff
- Researching materials and products
- Working on preliminary schematic designs, and then developing documents through construction documents including detailing and permitting
Technical / Software skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit required
- Massachusetts Registered architect preferred
