What You’ll Be Doing

As an Experienced Line Cook at Hot Tuna, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety.
