As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, making sure everything runs smoothly (and discreetly!):

• Mastering the Floor: Overseeing daily operations to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.
• Inspiring the Crew: Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to deliver upbeat, top-notch customer service.
• Keeping it Stocked: Managing inventory, checking in shipments, and keeping displays organized, alluring, and fully stocked.
• Scheduling & Team Building: Handling employee schedules, training new hires, and cultivating talent.
• Hitting Goals: Driving sales, tracking targets, and keeping operational standards high.
• Setting the Vibe: Creating a positive, professional, fun, and inclusive atmosphere for both customers and staff.
