Schedule
- 3rd Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00pm to 4:30am
Pay
- $20.17/hr.
Responsibilities
- Provide services in industrial cleaning within the facility paint booths to clean walls, floors, grates, conveyor lines, machinery, robotics, and equipment (training provided);
- Work occasionally in confined spaces and from heights (ladder - 10 ft.) to provide cleaning services;
- Perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs for moving supplies, materials, and equipment;
- Wear proper PPE including retrieval harnesses, steel toe footwear, safety glasses, protective gloves, etc.;
- Perform repetitive tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, prolonged standing, prolonged walking, and using blasting equipment;
- Follow all instructions and all safety policies, practices, and protocols;
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- Previous experience working in an industrial environment is an asset;
- Must be able to perform all functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs;
- Must be able to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks (bending/lifting);
- Must be available on weekends and for overtime as required;
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member;
- Ability to commute to the GM Lansing Delta Township site location for work.
