About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your primary goal will be to help clients improve their mental health and well-being by developing coping strategies and addressing emotional and behavioral issues. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of human behavior and psychology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • Valid state license to practice as a Therapist
  • Experience providing counseling and psychotherapy services
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Experience with group therapy
  • Experience with anger management and life transitions
  • Experience with behavioral health disorders

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Developing treatment plans and goals with clients
  • Providing crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

Skills:

As a Therapist, you will use your expertise in Counseling Psychology, Group Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, Psychotherapy, Crisis Intervention, Anger Management, Life Transitions, and Behavioral Health to provide high-quality care to clients. You will need to be able to develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients, communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field. Your ability to be empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive will be essential to your success in this role.
