Responsibilities:'14; Oversee and manage patient scheduling across multiple locations, ensuring provider efficiency and patient satisfaction using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental or similar software.
'14; Lead front office operations, streamlining patient check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination.
'14; Be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and appointment logistics.
'14; Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
'14; Coordinate with providers, treatment coordinators, and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
'14; Train and mentor junior receptionists and administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service.
'14; Optimize scheduling strategies to maximize provider productivity while keeping wait times minimal.
Qualifications:
'14; 5+ years of experience in dental reception, front office administration, or a similar senior role.
'14; Proficient in dental office software (Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
'14; Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and oversee front office staff.
'14; Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments confidently.
'14; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, patient-first mindset.
