Entry-Level Real Estate Agent
Job Description
Is Your Real Estate License Sitting There Without Much to Show for It?
That is more common than you think — and it is exactly the kind of situation we built this team to fix.
Whether you just got licensed or have been at it for a while without finding your stride, we have a spot for someone who is ready to stop spinning their wheels and start building real momentum with the right people around them.
What makes this team different:
Coaches who are closing deals right now and teaching you exactly what is working today
A commission structure that puts more money in your pocket on every single deal
Systems and daily structure that eliminate the guesswork and keep you moving forward
A culture where people hold each other accountable and actually want to see you win
Work from anywhere with flexible hours that fit around your life
Your day-to-day will include:
Prospecting and following up with potential buyers and sellers every day
Getting on the phone, building relationships, and booking appointments consistently
Showing up to coaching sessions that make you measurably better every week
Moving clients through the process from first conversation all the way to the closing table
Tracking your numbers and knowing exactly where your business stands at all times
This is for you if:
You have a real estate license or are close to getting one
You are done trying to figure this out alone and ready for real guidance
You communicate well, enjoy people, and want to build something of your own
You can commit to showing up and doing the work every single day
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
High commission split. Flexible schedule. Remote-friendly. Must be local to the Miramar, FL area and authorized to work in the US. Occasional in-office presence required.
