What do I need as a Care Associates - STNA with McGregor?

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • STNA certification.

What will I do as a Care Associates - STNA with McGregor?

  • Identify resident problems and concerns and report them immediately to the Wellness Coordinator or
  • Conduct resident rounds as
  • Initiate corrective action as necessary and/or seek assistance of a
  • Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to the established facility
  • Participate in an interdisciplinary team and other facility meetings as
  • Participate in the development of an individualized service plan for assigned
  • Report changes in residents' conditions to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.
  • Completes documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
  • Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.
  • Assure residents that require call systems have them at hand and answer calls
  • Complete housekeeping tasks such as dusting, emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming
