CLM Platform Administrator

Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced CLM Platform Administrator to support the configuration, optimization, and administration of an Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role will serve as a key resource for workflow automation, platform enhancements, user support, reporting, and integrations with enterprise applications.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the Icertis CLM platform, including contract templates, clause libraries, metadata fields, and approval workflows.
• Design and optimize contract lifecycle workflows across drafting, negotiation, approval, and execution processes.
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance as the CLM subject matter expert (SME).
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and continuous platform improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor contract obligations, renewals, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Assist with integrations between Icertis CLM and enterprise systems such as SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and e-signature platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring CLM platforms, preferably Icertis.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and workflow automation.
• Experience creating templates, metadata configurations, approval hierarchies, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience supporting enterprise system integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and electronic signature solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale CLM implementations or enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
