Detention Officer - FT - Juvenile Detention Center

Annual Salary Range: $51,780 - $55,568

As a Detention Officer at the Juvenile Detention Center, you help protect the safety, security, and well-being of youth in custody by following established security procedures and protocols. Key duties include maintaining facility order and enforcing rules; intake/processing of detainees; observation and monitoring; coordinating access to meals, medical care, and needed supplies; providing court and transport security; and completing clear report writing/documentation and records.

Required Skills/ qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 22 years of age or older
