Representante de Ventas / Sales Representative

We are Para la Naturaleza, a nonprofit organization committed to environmental conservation in Puerto Rico. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Casa Ramón Power & Giralt, located in Old San Juan (San Juan, Puerto Rico). This is a full-time, regular, on-site position based at our retail store.

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Welcome visitors and provide information about the organization's programs, events, and activities.
• Promote store products, special offers, and initiatives to increase customer traffic and drive sales.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, ATH, and POS transactions accurately.
• Perform daily cash register reconciliations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Manage reservations through the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandise displays and inventory storage areas.
• Participate in and support special organizational events and assist other areas when Sales Representative support is needed.

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce), and POS systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, extended or rotating shifts, and travel throughout Puerto Rico as needed.
