Account Director

WHO IS IEC HOLDEN:Founded in 1905, IEC Holden is the market leading contract manufacturer of electric motors and generators in North America. We produce electric motors, stators, rotors, coils, generators, gear boxes, and related components for Fortune 500 OEMs and industry disruptors across every vertical and application. SUMMARY:The Accounts Director leads and manages client accounts, focusing on revenue generation, client satisfaction, and strategic growth. This role involves nurturing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate combines leadership, sales expertise, and a strong understanding of the market to drive success. ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
• Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts or the broader market.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Streamline the sales cycle and improve closing rates through process improvements.
• Foster and strengthen trust-based relationships with customers.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales or account management in manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
