Regional Law Firm looking for an experienced litigation paralegal for its collection litigation department in our Marlton, New Jersey location. Candidate must have familiarity with drafting pleadings, handling service of process, application for default judgment, drafting motions and discovery. Experience with debt collection and New York rules of court a bonus. Opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business with over ninety employees across four offices.
Salary based off experience.
