🛠 Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
📋 Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
💬 Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way
📦 Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
📅 Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling
👨️‍🏫 Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs
📝 Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation

'14; 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
'14; Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
'14; EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus
'14; Excellent customer service and communication skills
'14; Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
'14; Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable
'14; Positive, can-do attitude
