As our Field Canvassing Manager, you’ll lead from the front— recruiting, training, coaching, and inspiring a team of field marketers who connect directly with homeowners to generate qualified appointments at shows and events and in our neighborhood communities.
This is not a desk job. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you’ll develop people, drive performance, and help us dominate the market—one door at a time and one event at time.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit & Build Teams: Help us recruit and select top talent who are eager to learn, earn and grow.
Coach & Train in the Field: Lead real-time field coaching and classroom-style boot camps.
Set the Pace: Lead by example with energy, grit, and a strong work ethic—your team will follow where you lead.
Drive Performance: Using KPIs, hold team members accountable for performance and foster a results-driven, positive culture.
Collaborate & Align: Partner with leadership and a variety of team leaders and members to ensure your team delivers on territory and revenue goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
Field leadership experience in door-to-door lead generation, sales, canvassing, or related performance-based outreach roles.
Experience with shows and events is a plus!
Strong passion for coaching and building high-performance marketing, sales or lead generation teams.
Confidence in field-based sales and lead generation strategies and objection handling.
Strong interpersonal, communications and motivation skills.
Competitive drive with the desire to grow your team and see each member succeed.
Flexibility to travel within your region and work evenings/weekends as needed.
