Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to resident intake, ensuring timely and efficient communication
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, discharge planners, and social workers
Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
