Registered Nurse - Correctional Center - Franklin, WI

Registered Nurse (RN) – Corrections
Location: Franklin, WI
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted
Hours: 36 per week

Rate: Up to $2,050.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Must be willing to work in a correctional facility environment
• Must be able to work every other weekend

Certifications:

• AHA BLS / CPR certification required

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate and oversee daily nursing activities and patient care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Support a safe, secure, and compassionate environment for patients
