Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (ADON) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Complete Care at Barn Hill, Newton, NJ.
As an ADON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents, while also providing leadership to our nursing staff.

Work under the DON to ensure residents' care is above excellence and safe
Provide leadership to the nursing staff to ensure that the highest quality care is provided

Qualifications: (ADON) Assistant Director of Nursing
RN License in PA
Previous experience as ADON or Unit Manager a plus
1 year of RN leadership experience in LTC/SNF
