Powersports Salesman

Nelson Powersports is looking for a motivated salesperson to join our Kawasaki/KTM powersports team. We are looking for someone who knows and enjoys the powersports industry, works well with people, and wants to be part of a fast-paced dealership environment.

We want someone dependable, organized, and driven who can build relationships with customers while helping move inventory and support the team. Previous dealership or powersports experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn go a long way here at Nelson Powersports.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and powersports equipment
• Previous powersports or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable using computers and handling paperwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Help customers find the right unit for their needs and budget
• Follow up with leads, phone calls, text messages, and internet inquiries
• Stay up to date on Kawasaki and KTM units, features, promotions, and accessories
• Walk customers through pricing, accessories, and protection options
• Work closely with finance during the sales process
• Coordinate with parts and service departments when needed
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist with inventory organization and unit tagging
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow up with customers after the sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
• Attend sales meetings and training as needed

Compensation

Pay will be based on experience.
