Prime Veterinary Center is a brand-new veterinary hospital opening in North Aurora in late Summer 2026, and we're looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our founding team. As one of the first faces clients see when they enter our hospital, you'll play a key role in shaping the client experience and helping establish the welcoming, compassionate culture that will define Prime from day one.

What You'll Do:
'14; Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
'14; Coordinate patient flow and help ensure a smooth walk-in experience throughout the day
'14; Answer phones, manage client communications, and assist with scheduling needs
'14; Guide clients through check-in, check-out, and follow-up communications
'14; Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
'14; Work closely with doctors and technicians to provide exceptional service and communication

'14; Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
'14; Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
'14; Veterinary, medical, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
