About Our Practice
We are an independent, physician-owned family practice proudly serving the Joplin community for over 25 years. Our foundation is built on patient advocacy, comprehensive care, and thoughtful medicine. We believe patients deserve timely, high-quality care without unnecessary referrals when services can be safely delivered in-house. Our physician owner is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and is in-house most days, providing consistent collaboration and support. We care for many medically complex patients and value continuity of care and clinical judgment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time or part time APRN or PA-C who enjoys practicing at the top of their license, values collaboration, and believes in holistic, patient-centered care. We remain open until 6:00 PM and accept walk-in patients to better serve community needs, however your schedule is flexible.
Scope of Practice
• Comprehensive primary care across the lifespan • Same-day and walk-in visits • Chronic disease management and preventive care • In-office procedures including EKGs, ABI testing, lesion removals, joint injections, and more • Collaborative practice with on-site physician support We also own a separate medical spa focused on regenerative medicine, which the provider may utilize appropriately as part of comprehensive care when clinically indicated.
Qualifications
• Licensed APRN or PA-C (Missouri or eligible) • Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy mindset • Comfort with procedures or interest in expanding skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience.
