This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in presentation and cleanliness, and understands that delivering a clean vehicle is an important part of the customer experience.

Primary Responsibility: Wash customer vehicles for the majority of each shift, ensuring every vehicle is clean, presentable, and ready for delivery.

Additional Duties: Assist with lot operations and other service support tasks as needed, including moving vehicles and maintaining a clean, organized service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for pickup and delivery
• Perform final appearance checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation standards
• Move vehicles safely between the service lane, wash area, shop, and parking areas as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash area, service drive, and surrounding workspaces
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle staging and department operations
• Assist with lot organization and other department support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission experience preferred)
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $18 - $20 per hour
