Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is hiring a Comfort Advisor who knows how to walk into a home, build trust fast, and actually close deals. If you’re tired of capped income and want to control what you make, this is where you do it.

We’ve been serving our community since 2006 and we don’t mess around when it comes to taking care of customers or rewarding people who perform.

What you’ll do
• Run in home HVAC sales appointments with qualified leads
• Talk with homeowners, figure out their needs, and recommend real solutions
• Build estimates for system replacements and upgrades
• Close deals and follow through so customers stay taken care of
• Work closely with install and service teams to keep jobs smooth
• Stay organized and track everything in our CRM

What you need
• Proven sales experience you know how to close
• HVAC knowledge is a big plus but not a deal breaker
• Strong communication skills and confidence in front of customers
• Self driven mindset no one is chasing you to perform
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
• Valid driver’s license
