What You’ll Do

As a key part of our service team, you’ll handle diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of Porsche, Audi and VW vehicles. You’ll also interact with customers and contribute to our collaborative shop culture.

Factory-Level Technician Work

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Audi, VW and Porsche vehicles (including late-model platforms).
• Keep our facility clean, well-equipped and focus on providing customers a top-tier experience.
• Quoting, parts ordering and customer communication.
• Keep detailed records and contribute to an organized workflow.

Customer Interaction

• Speak confidently with clients about vehicle needs, quotes and service timelines.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer-facing situations.

Team Culture

• Bring enthusiasm and a solutions-first mindset to work each day.
• Support your teammates and help foster a culture of pride and accountability.

Qualifications

• Qualifications:
• Must be factory trained with VW group or dealer network
• Minimum 3-5 years experience
• Possess own tools/box
• Solid knowledge of Porsche, Audi and VW vehicles.
• Customer interaction, quoting, phone calls.
• GREAT attitude!
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Supplemental Pay:

• $5,000 signing bonus
• Other bonus opportunities
