Are you a compassionate healthcare professional ready to lead a dedicated team in a close-knit, resident-focused environment? Foxden Retirement Community is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee our clinical services and help provide exceptional care to our 32 residents.

This position may be filled by an LNA, MNA, or LPN with the appropriate leadership experience and passion for senior care.

• Oversee the daily delivery of resident care services

• Supervise and support resident care staff

• Coordinate resident assessments, service plans, and wellness monitoring

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies

• Oversee medication management and documentation

• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and clinical oversight

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for residents

• Current New Hampshire LNA, MNA, or LPN license required

• Leadership or supervisory experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
