KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set tables
• “Pre-bus” tables by clearing empty plates as a guest finishes eating
• Restock server stations
• Clear all silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, etc. after guests finish dining
• Wipe down tables and chairs
• Maintain the efficiency and cleanliness of the dining area and server stations

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
