Our therapists consistently earn $50–$60+ per hour (base pay, service pay, and tips) while working in a beautiful, massage-only environment with steady bookings, flexible scheduling, and no sales pressure.

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality massage services using The NOW protocols
- Customize treatments based on guest needs
- Create an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
- Collaborate with the team to provide a welcoming boutique atmosphere
- Current Texas Massage Therapist License (TDLR)
- Proficient in Swedish and deep tissue massage
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for massage therapy and professional growth
