This position is responsible for taking care of customers in the Power Shop by helping recommend equipment and tools, organizing parts within the shop, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Training will be provided for equipment recommendations and product knowledge.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers with questions, equipment, and product recommendations

• Process customer transactions and service paperwork
• Receive and document equipment brought in for repair or maintenance
• Organize parts, tools, and equipment within the shop
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates and equipment availability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with technicians and store teams to support daily operations
