DESIRED SKILLS:

  Demonstrates proficiency and knowledge of roof construction and components.
• 
  Able to lead a crew working on residential and commercial re-roofs.
• 
  Provide leadership and technical expertise to the roofing crew.
• 
  Punctuality and excellence in performance.
• 
  Maintain a clean job site.
• 
  Must be able communicate and work well with fellow employees and customers.
