Location: Santa Monica Family Dentistry, Santa Monica, CA 90404
Compensation: $300,000–$370,000 annually
Santa Monica Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in the heart of Santa Monica. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values long-term patient relationships, and is looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive practice.
Located just minutes from the beach, our practice combines a modern clinical environment with a strong reputation in the community, an experienced team, and a loyal patient base.

- More than 3,000 active patients
- 50+ new patients each month
- Fee-for-Service and PPO practice (No Denti-Cal or HMOs)
- Eight fully equipped operatories

- Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, patient-centered treatment
- Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans that educate and empower patients

- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license
- Five or more years of general dentistry experience preferred
- Strong communication and case presentation skills
- Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
- Competitive earning potential of $300,000–$370,000 annually
- Compensation based on 30% of net production
