Our Bartenders play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by skillfully preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized bar area while efficiently managing multiple orders to ensure timely service. The Bartender must engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves standing for extended periods and handling heavy lifting. Ultimately, the Bartender contributes to the overall atmosphere and success of the establishment by combining technical bartending skills with outstanding guest service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required in extreme weather conditions.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet scheduled shifts consistently.
• Current AZ Title IV Certification in responsible alcohol service.
• Current AZ Food Handlers Card
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, take orders, and make beverage recommendations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders while maintaining quality and speed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
